About Dusty
Born and raised in Covington, Virginia, I've spent the last eight years as an Assistant Service Manager, currently at Friendship Hyundai Volvo Bristol. My goal is simple: to make sure every customer feels taken care of. I pride myself on being kind, relatable, and always going the extra mile. Customers know I have their back. My background includes studying at Virginia Intermont College and I hold Ford, Subaru, and Volvo certifications. I've been fortunate enough to travel to Greece, Germany, Jamaica, Haiti, Bimini, Nassau, and across the US. Outside of work, I'm an avid snowboarder and coach 12U and 8U fastpitch softball. I also enjoy wake surfing, surfing, soccer, and golf, and I'm always up for a game of pool or strumming my guitar. I’m a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees, and I love to talk sports and share stories from my travels. Ultimately, I'm most passionate about customer service. I truly believe in treating others the way I want to be treated, and that's reflected in my work. I hope people would say I put others first and that I'm known for kindness.
